Usually 4-D numbers will be given to you weekly, every Thursday, by 5 pm, to play for the coming week i.e. next three draws i.e. Sat, Sun & Wed. 4-D Numbers will be given to you via sms, email or fax. 2. Once you receive the 4-D forecasts, reply immediately to 4-D Master, confirming receipt of the 4D numbers. 3. If you do not have email, fax or sms, you will call 4-D Master, for the 4D numbers. The number to call is 93874088. Please call on Thursday, between 7.00 pm and 10.00 pm or Friday, between 9.00 am and 11.00 am. (Try to avoid calling 4-D Master between 11 am and 5.00 pm). 4. Player will buy the numbers one draw at a time. If the number is sold out, request 4-D Master for replacement.. 5. If there is a hit on Sat or Sun draw, 4-D Master will change a new set of number(s) for the next draw(s). A new set of numbers will be SMS to you by 11.00 am the following day. If you do not have the SMS facility, please call 4-D Master for the new number(s) the following day between 11.00 am and 2.00 pm. 6. If there is no hit for the draw, proceed to buy the same numbers for the next draw i.e Sun or Wed. In this instance, you need not ask 4-D Master. 7. If you are unable to buy the numbers for a period of time eg. Going on overseas holiday, work , financial reasons, call 4-D Master and let him know in advance. 8. For the following week, 4-D Master will give you forecasted numbers again by each Thursday, by 5 pm, for the next 3 draws, i.e. Sat, Sun & Wed. If you still do not receive the numbers by Friday 9am, call 4-D Master. 9. If you wish to terminate, you are required to inform the 4-D Master in writing, SMS or email, at least 7 days in advance. 10. Finally, have faith and be positive and be patient. Try to play the Elite Plan for at least 6 months. (Under the Elite Plan, there are members who get to strike the Top prize even in the first draw. Some get to strike Top-3 Prizes, two to three times in a row. Of course, there are also members who get to strike after a month, two months or even three months later) In most instances, you will find that you will hit more prizes than you play your own numbers with the same budget that you have been playing in the past.
